Does Charter have a 24 hour a day emergency dispatcher? Yes, Charter has a 24 hour a day emergency dispatcher that's able to dispatch the closest available crew and in many cases stop your roof system from leaking even while it's raining.

Does Charter charge for roof proposals? No, Charter will provide the building owner a no obligation roof or waterproofing proposal which includes photographs and detailed scope of work free of charge.

Who does Charter work for now and can we get references? Charter has hundreds of Commercial Accounts and in many cases provided repeated services for such accounts on a nationwide basis. A few are: United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons City of Houston City of Pasadena Houston Independent School District Weingarten Realty Chevron Texaco and many more Clients and Phone numbers can be made available upon request.

Does Charter have bonding available? Bonding is available upon request.

Does Charter specialize in any one area? Charter installs more Metal Shield Roof Maintenance Systems than any company worldwide. We are one of few companies with mobile units readily available to install sprayed on polyurethane industrial coatings at your site. Fixing roof leaks is our main specialty. We have repair technicians that have been with us for 20-years and longer who know how to find and fix leaks quickly. We have fixed leaks that other companies could not fix on a dozen attempts. In most cases, we fix leaks on our first attempt.
